What We Do
TSC-3000, Trutina is the most advanced scale for brewing coffee. Trutina offers various functions that many existing brewing scales could not implement.
Existing brewing scales can only display the total brewing time and total input weight, so a cumbersome calculation process is required to reproduce the recipe indicated by the time and input weight for each pouring order.
Trutina has a dual timer and dual scale function, which shows the total brewing time and input weight, as well as the time and weight separated by each pouring order.
With this function, users can easily reproduce existing recipes, as well as easily develop their own recipes.
Roami II can measure the roasting degree.
Robin is moistuemeter, to measure the water contents of bean.
Rosetta is a device to measure the TDS value and calculate its Extraction Yield in real time during brewing the coffee. Rosetta calculate and show all information about the temperature of coffee,Dose,BW,BEV,LRR,CBR and extraction time etc.
Rodee ( TRD-3000 )’ is a device detecting bad or defected coffee green beans by using UV ( ultra
violet ) lighting and filters.
